Not sure: If you are asking about solodyn (minocycline) and oxymetazoline which is a nasal decongenstant then yes you can take those together as there no interactions. I do not know what medication you are referring to when you say metrozoline. I am not aware of any such named medication. Not sure fi you meant metronidazole? If so there is no interactions with that either. Discuss side effects risks with your physician.

Mertazapine?: If u implied mertazapine (remeron), then the combination should be ok. Let your doctor know of any medications u take.
