Probably not pancrea: Pancreatitis which is likely cause of pancreas pain is severe disabling pain with nausea and vomiting. Likely your pain is under the breastboone and may be ulcer or gastritis. I woulf try Prilosec otc and tylenol (acetaminophen). See your dictor soon and emergently if worsening pain or persistent vomiting.
