Bad decisions: You have experienced a concussion. Getting drunk is likely to exacerbate any symptoms you may have or cause a recurrence of your concussion symptoms. If you are going to choose ibuprofen since taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) and alcohol can cause acute liver failure in susceptible individuals.
