I think i've narrowed it to menstrual migraines that i'm suffering. what's the best course of action for treatment?

Menstrual migraines: Two approaches: 1. Just treat the migraine. Best medication is imitrex (sumatriptan). A combination of an anti-nausea drug and a pain killer (motrin, fioricet, etc) is an alternative. 2. Alternatively, you could try medication, like birth control pills, etc., that suppress the periods.

Take meds B4 period: Try taking a triptan (i suggest frova) beginning 2 days before your period starts and continue for 2-3 days into your period.
