An immune nerve: Disorder which is a variant of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy. Many patients do very well on ivig infusions once monthly. Although may present mainly unilaterally, several variations exist. Some specific blood studies and EMG can help confirm diagnosis.
