At least 30m.: At least 30m and exercise 3-4x/wk. Use a heart rate monitor so you don't fool yourself into thinking your are working out\harder than you really are. For a normal heart, you should keep a rate of at least 70% of your hr max. This is about 220-age in years. Combine with resistance traing.
