See below: I assume you mean oranges. The benefit is vitamin c. You can not eat too many oranges.

Keep it up!: Oranges, like any fruit, are a good source of healthy sugars, vitamin c, potassium and other nutrients. They are also much healthier than other processed, sugary snacks. There are no side effects from eating too much, so keep it up! there can be some effect on tooth enamel in those who hold the fruit in their mouth for long periods, so don't do that.
