Not many: Those are the biggies. You can try resistance training (ie weights). I would suggest low weights with high reps. Other possibilities include aerobics classes or even water aerobics. Looking at your situation from another perspective, maybe it is time to have your conditions evaluated for treatment if their symptoms limit your recreational and fitness activities.

A few: Speed skating (ie rollerblading), cross-country skiing (winter-time), and rowing (on water or machine) are some other good options. Circuit training is a good way to get fit doing resistance exercises (ie low weight/high rep as suggested above, but limited or no rest periods between sets of different exercises, then repeat). See a sports medicine specialist for eval re what is best for you.
