Leg pain: You have the classical characteristic of what is called exertional comparmental syndrome, and usually due to the increasecomparmental pressure of the leg during exercise.The diagnosis is made by measurments of the comparment pressure during exercise.Blood test, x-ray are negatives.

Agree with Dr. S: It is good that you exercise. As Dr. S explained swelling of muscles is causing the symptoms. You should reduce the intensity of exercise and increase it gradually to give time for the connective tissue to adjust to the increase muscle size and swelling normally associated with exercise.
