How would i examine my breasts myself?

Self Breast exam : It is best to perform breast exam laying down. Use the pads of the three middle fingers of your left hand-not your fingertips-to check your right breast. Move your fingers slowly in small coin-sized circles. Check for lumps or unusual thick areas. Also look for inverted or moved nipple, redness, soreness, swelling, discharge from the nipples, an unusual increase in the size of one breast.
