No : Breast cancer is uncommon in males and usually presents with a lump that the individual feels. If you feel a breast lump tell your doc - it may not be picked up on a routine physical.

Not usually: Most mean with breast cancer are diagnosed because of a new lump that is present. Is a breast exam a part of every male physical? Probably not, although it should be.
