The same thing, L+R: In the shower, when not rushed, feel around your left breast with your right hand. Then examine your right breast with the right and the left hand. Both breasts should be similar in size, texture, consistency, firmness. If not or if there is a possible lump, make an appointment with a physician for an exam and possible imaging.
