SLOWLY: It's good to make big goals, but they are also harder to reach. If you don't reach them you may get frustrated, lose focus and no longer want to make changes. For example, if you want to lose 50 lbs, start with a goal of 5 lbs first. If you want to quit smoking, cut down by one cigarette per day for a week. Small steps are easier to take than big ones.
