What must i record about my pain experience before seeing the doctor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Keep a pain diary.: Intensity is one facet- often graded on 1-10 scale. Others facets are: location duration, nature / quality, time course, associated symptoms, aggravating, palliating factors, response to various treatments. Sometimes helps to keep a pain diary especially if you have several pains. Many available on-line. Use one that has a diagram.
