Is there anyway to get records of birth or any kind of problems that could have happened during it? im tryin to figure out if there was a birth injury, to see if i can help the doctors with a diagnosis?

Worth trying, however such records may not be available anymore, institutions are required to keep information available for 7 years. Try to find pediatrician's records at least as they might have retained such information. It has to do also with having the information converted in an electronic form/ record as lots of inaccurate/ incomplete information got entered in the rushed transition.
