A member asked:

Does medicare pay for nursing home?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends...: Medicare will start paying for a nursing home once the patient no longer has any financial assets. In other words, you'll have to liquidate your assests to pay for the nursing home, and once there is no money left, medicare will pitch it.
