Depends: Depends on the nursing home and the job nursing jobs obviously need it maintenance and kitchen work for instance might not cpr certification is easy to learn and it isn't a bad idea to know it even if you don't work in a nursing home accidents happen and people keel over occasionally. You just might save a life someday.
