Back Blues: Chronic back pain can be a challenge to address unless the source of the pain has first been determined. Depending upon the source, bracing or splinting may help, stretching and exercises designed to strengthen and/or surgery if indicated. In most every instance posture during sleep is an issue often overlooked. Adjustable mattresses do provide superior support and are worth the investment.
