How should i improve my beauty?

First look inward!: It is quite often in my practice i see females, young or older, who consider themselves unattractive, and i would think just the opposite. Females are conditioned by media, advertising, that they should have "mythic" looks. I tell patients to look at their inner beauty and define what physical attributes they lack. Obviously, being overweight makes someone less attractive. Plastic surgery exists!
