Wounds, immune suppo: Horsetail (equisetum) is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. Ancient greeks used it to treat wounds. Long track record of use for various conditions, but not many studies. It is generally safe when taken short term and in moderation. It does contain nicotine, so keep away from pregnant women and from children.
