Don't spend much $: Arginine is a naturally-occurring Amino Acid in all completely proteins; there's a popular claim that it releases growth hormone from the pituitary gland but whether this is really helpful isn't clear. A protein meal after a workout is a good idea for a bodybuilder, and creatine helps bulk, but most other supplements and advice are worth little. Train hard, stay trim, enjoy what you do!
