No: This has been subjected to several clinical trials of good quality and there is no measurable effect. Note also that consumer reports notes that the ginko in the bottle is unregulated and may vary from what the bottle states, but more commonly is less or none.

Save your money: This question has been answered by numerous physicians on this site, and remains the same. Ginkgo Biloba does not help dementia, MS, or any neurological condition.
