Which is the most effective alternative therapy for multiple sclerosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Does not exist: That said, use a potent disease modifying agent, even one of the newer oral meds, such as tecfidera or gilenya (fingolimod). Add to this, vitamin d-3, about 5000-10000 units daily, and a low fat, low salt diet, plus aerobic exercise. Do not smoke.
