Yes: Proper diet, exercise, sleep, controlled stress & social interaction have been shown to drive longevity for seven cultures around the world. The diet is mostly plant based and includes legumes. The exercise comes in the form of low to moderate intensity constant activity. Sleep is at least 7 hours per night. Managing stress is critical through relaxation techniques. Social networks are also key.
