Q fever: Sx's may include fever, fatigue,sweating, muscle pain, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chest or abdominal pain, headache, cough or weight loss. There is the possibility of complications down the road. Detection of DNA by PCR, Antibody testing (Immunoglobulins IgG & IGM) can help w dx.
