Yes: After any abdominal surgery there usually will be some after pain. Your physician will explain this to you. If you have increasing pain, redness, swelling or other new types of sympton you should be examined.

Could be: Scars can remain sensitive for many months after an incision, there are also nerves in the area that can become sensitive or misfire producing pain. However if you are having pain deeper inside it would be wise to consult with your doctor (urologist) to make sure everything is ok with the "plumbing".

Not normal: Some discomfort from proceedure for a few days is expected but you need to. Be reevaluated by the urologist you might have another stone blockage or infection.
