How do i handle comments about my post baby weight?

Humor: People should not make judgments about your post baby weight gain/loss. Its your body and its you who makes the decisions about what to eat/exercise. Remember, it took 9 months to put on- the weight is not going to come off overnight. Take compliments by others with a smile and a thanks and let negative remarks slide.
