Eval needed: You could have a lot of different things including irritable bowel syndrome; inflammatory bowel disease; gluten, lactose or other nutrient intolerance (including celiac disease), peptic ulcer disease, cholecystitis, or even an atypical presentation of appendicitis (unlikely). You need a full evaluation.
