Yes: Urobilinogen in the urine comes from bilirubin which in turn comes from dying (destroyed) red blood cells' hemoglobin and from further metabolism in the liver. Liver disease or Increased RBC destruction may yield more bilirubin which passesthrough the bile to the intestines where yellow byproducts are formed
