Pregnancy test: The urinary tract infection will not impact the effectiveness of a urine pregnancy test. When did you take the pregnancy tests? With most home pregnancy tests, women usually wait until they have missed a period ( early response type tests can be done before that). If if was negative after a missed period, you can retake in a week using a first morning void.
