Maybe he feels hot: While pneumonia can cause sweating, it usually happens when the fever associated with the lung infection "breaks". Given your geography (Philippines) I suspect that he is just feeling hot from the ambient temperature & humidity. One way to check is to measure your tot's temperature just b4 the sweating starts. If it is more than 39.5 deg C, seek a doctor to help diagnosis cause of temp. Good luck!
