Symptoms : Symptoms of pneumonia can include shortness of breath (especially when expending energy) and coughing. The cough could bring up sputum that is mixed with blood or sputum that is brown, green or yellow. Sweating with clammy skin, fatigue, fever and chills, exhaustion and vomiting can also occur. Since you are still ill after ten days, you should see your doctor. It can be hard to distinguish the flu from pneumonia but your doctor can listen to your lungs, get a good history and possibly take a chest x-ray to help with the assessment. If you only had the flu, would have expected it to have resolved already.
