Hard to guess, but: Some babies sweat a lot more than others. Feeding is like exercising. Younger babies are often overdressed, so they work up a sweat when feeding. Young babies also can't kick off their blankets, so sometimes they sweat a lot when sleeping. If a baby changes colors (turn bluish, dusky, or pale), has trouble breathing (breathing rapidly), or has other odd symptoms, his doctor or the ER can evaluate.
