Few possibilities : dry cough could be silent acid reflux coming from stomach. acid can place pressure on the sinuses and other areas in the mouth-nose area. Dry cough also caused by medication called ACE inhibitors-lisinopril/quinapril/-if ur Blood oressure is too high or too low it can cause headaches. And finally post nasal drip from congested sinuses can also cause some the symptoms ur having. see Doc for work up
