ONJ: Osteonecrosis of the jaw is associated with cancer treatments (including radiation), infection, steroid use, or potent antiresorptive therapies that help prevent the loss of bone mass. I would hope that at your age none of this applies to you. Doubtful: May be due to your extensive dental work changing your bite, but Idiot that you have ONJ unless you have been undergoing treatment for jaw cancer or have been taking bisphosphonates. As bones in a 20 year old change very slowly, I would suggest evaluation by an Oral Surgeon and/or an Orthodontists. Photos, particularly profile photos, would be helpful in establishing history.
