I have a painful lump on my right side of my neck just above the collarbone, it's been there for 3 days now and it came out of nowhere i need help!

Hard to say: There are several possibilities, among the most common is a swollen lymph node. The lymph nodes filter the blood system and can become enlarged when someone has an infection. Don't hesitate to be seen for a more accurate diagnosis if it does not get better.
