Supraclavicular lump: What you describe might be one of several things, including a lipoma, cyst or a lymph node. Cancer is possible, specifically Hodgkin's lymphoma given your age, although enlarged lymph nodes in Hodgkins are more often painless. Other cancers would be less likely. Make an appointment to see your doctor so that it can be evaluated. Overall odds are that it is not going to be something serious.
