Yes: My general rule=spit up after less than 15 min,repeat whole dose, around 30-45 min,half dose.After an hour no repeat untill scheduled time.

Probably: It would probably be fine, as little of the dose was likely absorbed. However, using acetaminophen instead would be safer.
