Have patience!: If you have history of Acne you know how to treat. If this is a new problem, you are on a right path. Try not to squeeze with your Hand. It may cause hyper pigmentation or scar. I do not know how old you are ( assume you are less than 30). If you are old and has history of lots of sun exposure you need to get your skin examined. Always wear sun screen especially if you are light skin colored
