Maybe. Maybe not.: Herpes recurrences look like a small group of tiny bumps, in a cluster, that break open and then crust over, before healing. One single tiny bump with no other bumps around it is usually not herpes. One's primary care doctor can examine. Sometimes, a video consultation such as those on HealthTap can suffice, if the camera is good and producing good images.
