Enlarging pimple: It may have been a small pimple initially, but sometimes squeezing them can cause more pain, swelling , and create a worsening localized infection . You need to see a doctor and get it checked. You may need antibiotics,. Unfortunately, it is becoming more common for people to get MRSA - methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus- infections which are more serious and resistant to most antibiotics
