Depends: There are many possibilities here that really need a strong history to diagnose your problem. Depending on your exposures, it could be anything from a herpetic breakout (cold sore), to acne, to impetigo (a bacterial skin infection), or even poison ivy. See your primary physician or dermatologist to help narrow it down.
