What is tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension for?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

2 things: Tobradex (tobramycin and dexamethasone) (which is tobramyecin and Dexamethasone combined) is an antibiotic / steroid combination. It is used to treat infections and associated inflammation (eg certain corneal infiltrates) or it can be used to treat inflammation only and prevent a secondary infection (pingueculitis, episcleritis etc).
