Bleeding in preg: One can not have a menstrual cycle during pregnancy. A menstrual cycle is the shedding of the uterine lining when pregnancy does not occur. If you had a positive pregnancy test and now you are bleeding this is not normal and mandates prompt evaluation by your obgyn to make sure everything is ok.
