Night sweats, fatigue, elevated ast and alt. negative chest ct 3 months ago. could this be lung cancer with occult primary spreading to liver? thanks

Many causes.: Your symptoms indicate liver disease-lab work corroborate with that. With negative CT of chest it is highly unlikely be lung cancer. Have they done all tests to diagnose elevated liver enzymes?
