Yes, see a doctor: Not uncommon for chiropractic care to cause ruptured disc in neck. Doubt from your description that you have suffered a stroke risk from a blood vessel dissection, but that is another complication from chiropractic manipulations. Have your doctor evaluate this, and stay far away from this chiropractor.
