Burning/hot feeling on front of forearms that is sometimes accompanied with a headache. what can cause this? blood work and ekg are normal.

Do you drink alcohol: Sometimes neuropathy , or nerve damage , can do that. May need EMG of persists. Nerve compression in underarms can do that.

Discomfort: Absent considerable further detail such as history, physical exam one mechanism may be a disc injury at the C spine and T spine level, an examination and MRI would be in order
