Not sure if this is relevant but i am smoker of 3 /4 years now an my issue is just below where my ribs end little above belly button to right feels like sommit is pulsing like aheart or asif its getting squeezed and just in pain shud i worry ?

Aorta: I suspect that you're feeling the pulsation of the aorta, the largest artery in the body. It's more noticeable in slender people. High blood pressure or aneurysm would be unusual in your age group. If you still have concerns, visit your physician for examination and advice.
