Ear popping: When you burp you are inflating the ear nose connection through the Eustachian canals to inner ear and sensitizing the carotid arteries that traverse through the bonny canals in the skull that is sensitizing the vessel .So you feel the haert beat in ears . normal. If want to avoid stop the excessive burping and air swallowing
