Do you have a lump?: Be sure you get checked for a lump or mass in the breast. Likely ultrasound would be the first step at your age. This also could be an infection or growth in lymph glands under your arm. Be sure your doctor checks you for this also. Good luck!

Folliculitis: If you shave under your arms you may have inflammation of hair follicles. That may be why antibiotic helped. Muscle tenderness and fibrocystic changes in the breast could also cause tenderness. Sore nipples could be a variety of things including hormone changes or irritation from clothing or bra. Unlikely to be anything serious at your age but would follow up with your doctor to be sure.
